The virtual queue display is the exact reproduction on the mobile phone of the physical scoreboard present in the waiting room.
The two systems, virtual and physical, are synchronized in real time

What happens if I temporarily close the App?

As your turn approaches, a push message will be shown on your mobile phone to alert you of the upcoming call

What is the virtual Kiosk ?

The virtual Kiosk is the exact reproduction on the mobile phone of the physical Kiosk present in the waiting room.
The two systems, virtual and physical, are synchronized in real time

What is the virtual ticket ?

The virtual ticket is the reproduction on the mobile phone of the ticket printed on paper by the physical totem in the waiting room

How many types of virtual tickets are there?

There are 2 types of virtual tickets: the first allows you to queue immediately, the second Appointment, allows you to choose a date and time from those available on the service you have selected

Can I take virtual tickets from home ?

Yes, the codaSicura App is synchronized in real time with the IT system of the company you trust. During the hours in which the services are active (the times are chosen by the structure) you can take the ticket and queue comfortably from any distance: from home, from the car or from the road

Can I send documents and / or photo ?

Yes, at the time of booking, but also afterwards, it is possible to attach documents and photo taken with the mobile phone to the virtual ticket.

Can't I queue with the Appointment ticket??

The virtual ticket Appointment gives you the right of way over other queues. Punctuality is a necessary condition.
Appointments are marked with an asterisk *, wait for your number with an asterisk to appear on the physical or virtual board to show up at the counter.
